Hyperbolic geometry
In mathematics, hyperbolic geometry is a non-Euclidean geometry. The parallel postulate of Euclidean geometry is replaced with:For any given line R and point P not on R, in the plane containing both line R and point P there are at least two distinct lines through P that do not intersect R.

What are Hyperbolas? | Ch 1, Hyperbolic Trigonometry
This is the first chapter in a series about hyperbolas from first principles, reimagining trigonometry using hyperbolas instead of circles. This first chapter defines hyperbolas and hyperbolic relationships and sets some foreshadowings for later chapters This is my completed submission to the #some2 contest, put on by @3blue1brown.
